Payments, Shipping, Returns & Refunds
PAYMENTS
Payments will be charged in Australian Dollars (AUD).
For International customers
The shop is able to list other currencies but these are indicative only so please check your final invoice. The prices within the online store do not include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges you may incur.
SHIPPING
To calculate your shipping cost simply add your items to your cart, fill out your shipping address, and preferred shipping method. The cost will vary depending on your order total (qty, weight & size) and the shipping method you have chosen.
Most in-stock, credit approved orders placed will be shipped on the next day however we always endeavour to get the items sent as soon as possible.
Standard shipping times:
Local Australian
QLD, NSW, VIC, SA, ACT, TAS metro areas - 3-5 days
WA & NT metro areas - 3-7 days
Remote areas add 2 days to the above mentioned times.
International Shipping
International shipping can take up to 4 weeks depending on where the customer is located.
NOTE: SOME COUNTRIES CHARGE IMPORT TAXES. Unfortunately this can not be avoided so please check your local laws before purchasing if you're concerned. Betty & Leon are also bound by Australian export regulations to mark the items as for what they are. For example, t-shirts and hats etc. the shipment will be marked as merchandise. We are prohibited by law from marking any order as a gift even if the intention is to send the item to a gift recipient.
Above shipping times exclude delays in shipment due to circumstances outside of Betty & Leon's control. (Pandemics, wars, oil shortages, strikes, floods, sub-contractor delays etc. list is not exhaustive but you get the idea!)

ON DELIVERY OF GOODS
Please check the received goods against packing slip within 10 business days of receiving.
If you find there is an error please contact Betty & Leon via the contact us page within the 10 day period.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We will accept incorrectly supplied or faulty goods for an exchange, credit or refund. If the product is faulty or the order has been incorrectly filled please contact Betty & Leon via the contact us page. Please quote your order number and detail the issue.
All returns must be made within 10 working days of the invoice date otherwise your order will be sent back at the customer's expense.
Betty & Leon will only accept returns for 'change of mind' if you agree to cover the return postage. 'Change of mind' returns will only be exchanged or credited if the items are in saleable condition. No refund will be offered.
Returns can take up to 30 days to be processed once we receive them, when your return is processed, we will send you a notification email.
Health and Hygiene Laws restrict the return of any item deemed underwear (underwear, bra, socks etc.) once removed from packaging or worn. If items are in unused condition and still in the original packaging, have all tags and is unworn, Betty & Leon will accept return for exchange, credit or refund if the aforementioned criteria is met.
Returns & refunds over $500.00 will incur a 10% restocking fee.
